Η παρούσα Πολιτική Απορρήτου περιγράφει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο η ατομική επιχείρηση Χρυσούλα Κεφαλά — VITA FORCE (στο εξής «εμείς», «μας», «η Επιχείρηση») συλλέγει, χρησιμοποιεί και προστατεύει τα προσωπικά δεδομένα σου όταν επισκέπτεσαι ή χρησιμοποιείς την πλατφόρμα Πυθία Πύλη (pythiapili.com και pythiapili.eu, στο εξής «η Πλατφόρμα»).
Η Πολιτική αυτή είναι σύμφωνη με τον Γενικό Κανονισμό Προστασίας Δεδομένων της ΕΕ (ΕΕ 2016/679 — GDPR) και με τον ελληνικό νόμο 4624/2019.

2. Ποια δεδομένα συλλέγουμε
2.1 Δεδομένα που παρέχεις άμεσα
- Διεύθυνση email — όταν εγγράφεσαι ως «Φίλος» ή αγοράζεις συνδρομή
- Ηλικία — επιβεβαίωση ότι είσαι 18+ και εξατομίκευση χρησμού
- Στοιχεία τιμολόγησης — όνομα, διεύθυνση, ΑΦΜ (μόνο όσοι ζητούν τιμολόγιο)
- Ερωτήσεις χρησμού και διευκρινιστικές — αποστέλλονται στιγμιαία στο σύστημα AI για επεξεργασία
- Επιλογή φιγούρας και ζωδίου — όπως δηλώνονται στη φόρμα χρησμού
- Email για newsletter — εφόσον δώσεις ρητή συγκατάθεση μέσω ξεχωριστού checkbox
2.2 Δεδομένα που συλλέγονται αυτόματα
- Διεύθυνση IP — αποθηκεύεται κρυπτογραφημένη (SHA-256 hash) για αποτροπή κατάχρησης
- Cookie περιήγησης (pythia_anon) — τυχαίος αριθμός για παρακολούθηση των δωρεάν χρήσεων
- Cookie σύνδεσης (pythia_friend) — μόνο για συνδεδεμένους χρήστες, υπογεγραμμένο με HMAC
- Browser fingerprint (user-agent hash) — για ασφάλεια λογαριασμών
- Δεδομένα Google Analytics 4 — μόνο εφόσον δώσεις συγκατάθεση μέσω του cookie banner
- Δεδομένα Meta Pixel και TikTok Pixel — μόνο εφόσον δώσεις συγκατάθεση μέσω του cookie banner: σελίδες που επισκέφθηκες στην Πλατφόρμα, διεύθυνση IP, στοιχεία συσκευής/browser και, σε περίπτωση αγοράς, το ποσό, το νόμισμα και ο τύπος συνδρομής
2.3 Δεδομένα πληρωμής
Δεν αποθηκεύουμε ποτέ στοιχεία πιστωτικών καρτών. Όλες οι πληρωμές γίνονται μέσω Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Λαμβάνουμε από το Stripe μόνο: αναγνωριστικό συναλλαγής, ποσό, χώρα, status. Δες την Πολιτική Απορρήτου της Stripe.

4. Με ποιους μοιραζόμαστε τα δεδομένα σου
Δεν πουλάμε ποτέ τα δεδομένα σου. Τα μοιραζόμαστε αποκλειστικά με τους εξής εκτελούντες την επεξεργασία (data processors):
- Anthropic PBC (ΗΠΑ) — επεξεργασία ερωτήσεων χρησμού μέσω του AI Claude. Η ερώτησή σου διαβιβάζεται στιγμιαία και δεν αποθηκεύεται στους servers μας. Πολιτική Απορρήτου. Η διαβίβαση εκτός ΕΕ καλύπτεται από τυποποιημένες συμβατικές ρήτρες (Standard Contractual Clauses — SCCs).
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ιρλανδία) — επεξεργασία πληρωμών
- Elorus (Θεοφιλοπούλου 13, Αθήνα 11743, Ελλάδα — ΑΦΜ 800585687) — έκδοση και αποστολή ηλεκτρονικών παραστατικών
- Elorus Fuse → ΑΑΔΕ myDATA — διαβίβαση φορολογικών στοιχείων (νομική υποχρέωση)
- SiteGround (6 Olimpiyska St, Σόφια 1166, Βουλγαρία/ΕΕ) — φιλοξενία της Πλατφόρμας
- Google Ireland Ltd (Ιρλανδία) — Google Analytics 4, μόνο μετά από συγκατάθεση
- Google Workspace (SMTP) — αποστολή email επιβεβαίωσης και αποδείξεων
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Ιρλανδία) — Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram), μόνο μετά από συγκατάθεση. Πολιτική Απορρήτου. Τυχόν διαβίβαση εκτός ΕΕ καλύπτεται από τυποποιημένες συμβατικές ρήτρες (SCCs).
- TikTok Technology Limited (Ιρλανδία) — TikTok Pixel, μόνο μετά από συγκατάθεση. Πολιτική Απορρήτου. Τυχόν διαβίβαση εκτός ΕΕ καλύπτεται από τυποποιημένες συμβατικές ρήτρες (SCCs).
Ενδέχεται να αποκαλυφθούν δεδομένα σε δημόσιες αρχές μόνο εφόσον το επιβάλλει ο νόμος (π.χ. έλεγχος ΑΑΔΕ, δικαστική εντολή).
5. Για πόσο διατηρούμε τα δεδομένα
- Λογαριασμός Φίλου / Συνδρομή: όσο διαρκεί η σχέση + 5 έτη μετά την τελευταία δραστηριότητα
- Ερωτήσεις χρησμού: δεν αποθηκεύονται στη βάση δεδομένων μας μετά την παροχή του χρησμού — διαβιβάζονται μόνο στιγμιαία στο Anthropic
- Φορολογικά παραστατικά: 10 έτη (νομική υποχρέωση)
- IP hashes: 90 ημέρες
- Cookies: έως 1 έτος (pythia_anon), 30 ημέρες (pythia_friend), 90 ημέρες (_fbp), 13 μήνες (_ttp)
- Email newsletter: έως την ανάκληση της συγκατάθεσης
6. Τα δικαιώματά σου (GDPR)

- Δικαίωμα πρόσβασης — να μάθεις ποια δεδομένα διατηρούμε για σένα
- Δικαίωμα διόρθωσης — να ζητήσεις διόρθωση λανθασμένων δεδομένων
- Δικαίωμα διαγραφής («δικαίωμα στη λήθη») — να ζητήσεις διαγραφή του λογαριασμού σου, με την επιφύλαξη φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων
- Δικαίωμα περιορισμού — να ζητήσεις προσωρινή αναστολή επεξεργασίας
- Δικαίωμα φορητότητας — να λάβεις τα δεδομένα σου σε αναγνώσιμη μορφή
- Δικαίωμα εναντίωσης — να εναντιωθείς σε επεξεργασία βάσει εννόμου συμφέροντος
- Δικαίωμα ανάκλησης συγκατάθεσης — όπου η επεξεργασία βασίζεται σε συγκατάθεση (newsletter, αναλυτικά cookies, cookies μάρκετινγκ)
Απαντούμε σε αιτήματα εντός 30 ημερών. Αν δεν είσαι ικανοποιημένος, μπορείς να υποβάλεις καταγγελία στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (ΑΠΔΠΧ) — Λεωφ. Κηφισίας 1-3, 11523 Αθήνα.
7. Ασφάλεια
Εφαρμόζουμε τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα για την προστασία των δεδομένων σου:
- Όλη η επικοινωνία γίνεται μέσω HTTPS (TLS 1.3)
- Δεν αποθηκεύονται κωδικοί πρόσβασης — χρησιμοποιούμε passwordless magic link authentication
- Τα cookies υπογράφονται με HMAC και είναι httpOnly
- Οι διευθύνσεις IP αποθηκεύονται μόνο ως κρυπτογραφημένα hashes
- Database backups κρυπτογραφημένα, ημερήσια συχνότητα
- Πρόσβαση στα δεδομένα μόνο από εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό
8. Cookies
Χρησιμοποιούμε τρεις κατηγορίες cookies:
Αναγκαία cookies (δεν απαιτούν συγκατάθεση):
- pythia_anon — για παρακολούθηση των δωρεάν χρήσεων (διάρκεια: 1 έτος)
- pythia_friend — για διατήρηση σύνδεσης (διάρκεια: 30 ημέρες)
- pythia_age_asked — αποθηκεύεται τοπικά (localStorage) για να μην ξαναρωτηθεί η ηλικία
- pp_lang — προτίμηση γλώσσας
Αναλυτικά cookies (απαιτούν ρητή συγκατάθεση μέσω cookie banner):
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — ανώνυμα στατιστικά χρήσης. Δεν χρησιμοποιούνται για διαφημίσεις.
Cookies μάρκετινγκ (απαιτούν ρητή συγκατάθεση μέσω cookie banner):
- Meta Pixel (_fbp) — μέτρηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των διαφημίσεών μας σε Facebook και Instagram (διάρκεια: 90 ημέρες)
- TikTok Pixel (_ttp) — μέτρηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των διαφημίσεών μας στο TikTok (διάρκεια: 13 μήνες)
Τα αναλυτικά cookies και τα cookies μάρκετινγκ δεν φορτώνουν καθόλου πριν πατήσεις «Αποδοχή» στο cookie banner. Αν πατήσεις «Απόρριψη», η Πλατφόρμα λειτουργεί κανονικά με μόνο τα αναγκαία cookies. Μπορείς να ανακαλέσεις τη συγκατάθεσή σου οποτεδήποτε διαγράφοντας τα cookies του browser σου.
9. Newsletter
Εφόσον δώσεις ρητή συγκατάθεση μέσω ξεχωριστού (μη προεπιλεγμένου) checkbox κατά την εγγραφή σου, θα λαμβάνεις ενημερωτικά μηνύματα σχετικά με την Πλατφόρμα. Μπορείς να αποχωρήσεις οποτεδήποτε μέσω του συνδέσμου «unsubscribe» σε κάθε email ή στέλνοντας μήνυμα στο pythiapili@gmail.com.
10. Παιδιά και ανήλικοι
Η Πλατφόρμα απευθύνεται αποκλειστικά σε ενήλικες (18 ετών και άνω). Δεν συλλέγουμε εν γνώσει μας δεδομένα ανηλίκων. Εάν διαπιστωθεί ότι ανήλικος έχει δημιουργήσει λογαριασμό, αυτός θα διαγραφεί άμεσα.
11. Αλλαγές στην Πολιτική
Ενδέχεται να ενημερώνουμε αυτή την Πολιτική. Σημαντικές αλλαγές θα ανακοινώνονται μέσω email στους εγγεγραμμένους χρήστες τουλάχιστον 30 ημέρες πριν τεθούν σε ισχύ.

This Privacy Policy describes how the sole proprietorship Chrysoula Kefala — VITA FORCE (hereinafter "we", "us", "the Business") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit or use the Pythia Pili platform (pythiapili.com and pythiapili.eu, hereinafter "the Platform").

- Billing information — name, address, VAT number (only for users requesting an invoice)
- Oracle questions and follow-ups — transmitted to the AI system for processing
- Figure and zodiac selection — as declared in the prophecy form
- Newsletter email — if you provide explicit consent via a separate checkbox
2.2 Data collected automatically
- IP address — stored encrypted (SHA-256 hash) for abuse prevention
- Browsing cookie (pythia_anon) — random identifier for tracking free uses
- Login cookie (pythia_friend) — only for logged-in users, signed with HMAC
- Browser fingerprint (user-agent hash) — for account security
- Google Analytics 4 data — only if you provide consent via the cookie banner
- Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel data — only if you provide consent via the cookie banner: pages visited on the Platform, IP address, device/browser information and, in case of a purchase, the amount, currency and subscription type
2.3 Payment data
We never store credit card details. All payments are processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). From Stripe we receive only: transaction ID, amount, country, status. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We never sell your data. We share it exclusively with the following data processors:
- Anthropic PBC (USA) — processing of oracle questions through the Claude AI. Your question is transmitted instantaneously and is not stored on our servers. Privacy Policy. Transfer outside the EU is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) — payment processing
- Elorus (Theofilopoulou 13, Athens 11743, Greece — VAT 800585687) — issuance and delivery of electronic invoices
- Elorus Fuse → Greek Tax Authority (myDATA) — transmission of tax information (legal obligation)
- SiteGround (6 Olimpiyska St, Sofia 1166, Bulgaria/EU) — Platform hosting
- Google Ireland Ltd (Ireland) — Google Analytics 4, only after consent
- Google Workspace (SMTP) — sending confirmation emails and receipts

Data may be disclosed to public authorities only if required by law (e.g. tax audit, court order).
5. How long we keep the data
- Friend account / Subscription: for the duration of the relationship + 5 years after the last activity
- Oracle questions: not stored in our database after the prophecy is delivered — only transmitted instantaneously to Anthropic
- Tax invoices: 10 years (legal obligation)
- IP hashes: 90 days
- Cookies: up to 1 year (pythia_anon), 30 days (pythia_friend), 90 days (_fbp), 13 months (_ttp)
- Newsletter email: until consent is withdrawn
6. Your rights (GDPR)

- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to request deletion of your account, subject to tax obligations

- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (newsletter, analytics cookies, marketing cookies)
We respond to requests within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) — 1-3 Kifissias Ave., 11523 Athens, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- All communication is via HTTPS (TLS 1.3)
- No passwords are stored — we use passwordless magic link authentication
- Cookies are signed with HMAC and are httpOnly
- IP addresses are stored only as encrypted hashes
- Database backups are encrypted, daily frequency
- Data access is restricted to authorized personnel only
8. Cookies
We use three categories of cookies:
Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required):
- pythia_anon — for tracking free uses (duration: 1 year)
- pythia_friend — for maintaining login session (duration: 30 days)
- pythia_age_asked — stored locally (localStorage) so the age is not requested again
- pp_lang — language preference
Analytics cookies (require explicit consent via cookie banner):
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — anonymized usage statistics. Not used for advertising.
Marketing cookies (require explicit consent via cookie banner):
- Meta Pixel (_fbp) — measuring the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram (duration: 90 days)
- TikTok Pixel (_ttp) — measuring the effectiveness of our ads on TikTok (duration: 13 months)
Analytics and marketing cookies do not load at all before you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject", the Platform works normally with strictly necessary cookies only. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing browser cookies.
9. Newsletter
If you provide explicit consent via a separate (non pre-ticked) checkbox during registration, you will receive newsletter communications about the Platform. You may unsubscribe at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in every email or by emailing pythiapili@gmail.com.
10. Children and minors
The Platform is intended exclusively for adults (18 years and over). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a minor is found to have created an account, it will be deleted immediately.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Significant changes will be announced via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect.
